Authorized Contractors
Each contractor engaged in our program undergoes certification to ensure they are insured, licensed, and possess ample experience in their respective trade. Proof of their certification is furnished through an ID Badge, which they are required to wear while working at your home. Our criteria for certification are met by less than 10% of contractors across the nation.
Project Monitoring
We monitor your project from its initiation to its completion, ensuring regular updates to keep you informed. A dedicated Customer Solutions Team is available to address your inquiries and assist in resolving any concerns that may arise.
Warranty Support
The contractor provides you with a one (1) year labor warranty. Floor Trader is here to make sure that the contractor lives up to that warranty.
